If you would like to return a product, please follow the instructions below:
Please notify us on info@elasenkelebeker.com providing your order’s number and detail of your return.
We only accept written exchange and return requests. Refund and exchange requests are not accepted over the phone.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for products sold with end-of-season discounts.
You received a return proforma together with your invoice. Please fill out and sign the return proforma and together with return proforma put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package and ship it by a secure shipping service to the following address:

You can return any item purchased on elasenkelebeker.com within 14 days from the date of dispatch. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, having a strong smell of cigarettes), altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Please note that the return should include the original packaging without any damage.
In all returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping process. To track the progress of your return, we kindly request you to share your shipping information with us.
Please note that the costs and risks involved in the return of items are borne by the sender. ”ŞENKELEBEKER TEKSTİL MODA TASARIM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ‘ cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage of the parcel.
Each item must be returned in perfect condition, with box, dust bag and cover as received from ”ŞENKELEBEKER TEKSTİL MODA TASARIM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ”
If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original condition.
Pre-order and made-to-order items cannot be returned as they have been created to your specification.
We are not able to accept returns of Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items.

EXCHANGES
Please note that we can only exchange a product for a different size within the same model. To check the product’s availability, please contact us at info@elasenkelebeker.com. If the item is available we will hold it for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order.
REFUND
In order for the quality control to accept the return, the product must be returned in the full condition in its original packing, undamaged, unaltered, not worn, with all original tags, accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice. Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from receipt.
Once our quality control team has approved the return, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment and you will receive a confirmation email. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. The buyer bears the shipment expenses.
For the refunds, your bank determines the time when your return payment will be reflected to your account and we do not have any control on this issue.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Unfortunately we do not accept any return and exchange currently due to custom purposes. unless an item is damaged or faulty.
